Your Personal Information

We collect your personal information when you provide it to us as you place your order, including your name, shipping and billing address, credit card number, and email address. We use this information to process your order, provide you with support, and update you on your order. If you join our mailing list, we will send occasional newsletters pertaining to Planet Pocho via email. We do not disclose or share any of our customer’s personal information with any third party, and we do not sell your personal information to other parties.

Security

We maintain the best practices to protect your information, which include appropriate physical as well as electronic security measures. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your private information when placing an order, which ensures that no one else can read this information.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping Options:
Standard Mail (2-9 day delivery / $6.99)
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery / $24.00)

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Orders shipped via Standard Mail typically arrive in two (2) to nine (9) business days, Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

International Shipping:
Shipping to international addresses requires additional handling and calculations and cannot be processed through our online shopping cart. Please contact us at orders@planetpocho.com for more information.

If you have any questions about shipping, please email us at orders@planetpocho.com. We typically ship orders out within two business days, but under some circumstances, we may take longer. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. Planet Pocho is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the US Postal Service.

Returns & Exchanges

Planet Pocho does not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges. Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged for other items sold at Planet Pocho within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip, you can email us at orders@planetpocho.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt. Buyer pays all shipping on exchanges.

Changing an order

If your order has not yet been processed, you can change or cancel your order by contacting us at orders@planetpocho.com. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to change your order and you will need to make an exchange once you receive your goods.
